Ricotta cheese cake

Ingredients:

For the mixture:
300 gr. flour
150 gr. butter
150 gr. sugar
2 yolks
1 egg
a little bit of salt
1 sachet of baking powder
a little bit of grated lemon rind
For the stuffing:
250 gr. Ricotta cheese
½ glass of milk
1 sachet of saffron
2 yolks
5 spoons of sugar
1 sachet of vanillin
powdered sugar

Preparation:

Place the flour on the table and pour all the ingredients of the mixture and the diced butter in it. Work it into dough.
Prepare the stuffing with the Ricotta cheese, the yolks and the dissolved saffron into hot milk, the sugar and the vanillin. Mix it until you obtain a custard.
Cover a mold to 2/3 with the pastry, add the Ricotta cheese custard and cover the stuffing with other pastry, put it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes (the time depends of course from the oven) .
Remove it from the oven, put the powdered sugar on the top and place it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
