After having visited the Castello del Buonconsiglio in Trento those that love castles can explore Castel Beseno, a large fortress located on the top of a hill; or Castel Thun, one of the most famous in the region. For a more romantic, truly evocative experience we recommend Castel Toblino, located on a small peninsula on Lake Toblino.
Well-being in the spa
At the spa you can enjoy a truly authentic experience: in these places it is natural resources that provide moments of well-being and relaxation. In Trentino there are numerous noteworthy spas including:

Excursions on Paganella
Paganella is one of the peaks that can be seen from Trento. A excursion to the La Roda mountain hut can start from Andalo. Once you arrive you can have lunch in the characteristic and cosy wooden mountain hut and admire the really breath-taking views.
For those that want to enjoy the views but do not feel up to the excursion in the summer and winter the mountain hut can be reached using the ski lifts.
The Earth Pyramids of Segonzano
In Val di Cembra the famous Earth Pyramids of Segonzano immediately capture your attention. They are very high, conical land formations: the largest reaches a height of 40 metres. A natural work of art created well over 50,000 years ago when melting glaciers led to land deposits which were then eroded by water.
Lavini di Marco
The Lavini di Marco is a really unique location: a vast area featuring rock formations dating back to approximately 200 million years ago… and hundreds of dinosaur footprints embedded in the rocks. Today the site is a Nature Park that can be visited at certain times of the year.
